Guild of Filipino- Canadian of Sundre, Alberta and Area (GOFILCANS) was officially established on January 22, 2025 under Canada Not-for-profit Corporation Act. It is composed of more than hundred individuals from Sundre and other neighbouring towns. GOFILCANS is a proud member of Alberta Fil-Can Community Leaders Association (AFCLA) G10+, that serves as the umbrella organization of local organizations and informal groups in Alberta. GOFILCANS represents strong and united community supporting each other, preserving culture and contributing meaningfully to the diverse fabric of the society.
